Mr. Yoshinori Takita was born and grew up in Osaka, Japan.  After receiving his high school Diplomat in his home town, he came to the United States when he was 18.  He continued his college study in New York City and received his Associate Degree in Small Business and Entrepreneurship at City University of New York.

He received his Real Estate License in 2002 and has worked in the real estate professional ever since.  He was brought- up in a traditional Japanese family, therefore, he has carried himself in such basic tradition manner, be honest, faithful, self-esteam, and continuing his education achievements.

He has thus far received various designations and Certifications from National Association of Realtors and New York State Association of Realtors.  He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Property Management (NYARM – ARM), Graduate Institute of Realtor (GRI), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).

He also received following certifications.  Resort Home & Second Home, Global Specialist (RSPS), HAFA Short Sale (HAFA), Internet Marketing Technology (E-Pro), and Certified Buyer Representative (CRB).

Over the years, he has built up his networking relationship with the following professional organization in the Real Estate Industry.  He is a member of National Association of Realtor (NAR) serving CIPS Advisory Board, New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and is serving as one of its Board of Directors, Vice Chair of Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity, Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), Serving Board of Director and Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity Committee.

Long Island Commercial Network (LICN), Council of Commercial Investment Member (CCIM –NY Chapter) , Women’s Council of Realtor- (WCR-NY Chapter), Asian real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Serving as Funding Board Member and Vice President of Local New York East Chapter & Japan Trade mission Committee at National Level.

Also a member of Chinese American Real Estate Association (CREAA), and  Japanese Realtor Network (JRN).

In 2013, he was awarded YPN 2013,  20 under 40 in his local Long Island Board of Realtors.

With the above achievement, Mr. Takita will expand his horizon in the areas of Second Home and Resort, and International Property services in additional to the local real estate servicing practice.
